Hello! My name is Zhuochao Min, and I am the person behind Research Builder.

I work as an independent developer building websites and web-based applications for researchers and scientists. My focus is on turning complex research ideas and data into clear, usable digital platforms that support real scientific work and publication.

Over the years, I have worked on several research platforms widely used in biomedical and bioinformatics research. These include ExpOmics, ExomiRHub, and circMine—projects designed to help researchers explore, analyze, and share complex biological data through intuitive, web-based systems. Through this work, I saw a recurring need for digital tools that truly understand research workflows, rather than forcing researchers to adapt to generic software.

That’s how Research Builder was born.
It grew from hands-on experience working with real research projects and the desire to build digital systems that respect scientific rigor, support long-term use, and fit naturally into the research and publication process.

Today, Research Builder represents a research-driven approach to web development—focused on clarity, reliability, and close collaboration with researchers throughout the lifecycle of their work.
